It is sometimes easy to complain, but saying well done and recognising achievements often goes unnoticed. Here at Vines, we are changing that thinking and rewarding employees with a Golden Moment thank you for their efforts. A Golden Moment is a monthly lucky dip for any employee with a variety of exciting prizes up for grabs. We regularly receive letters of praise from our customers and these are used to nominate employees for a Golden Moment Award.
